The other thing that I would do if I wanted to find my neighbors would be to check out social statistic records. This includes things like census records and other surveys that are conducted by this office on a regular basis. These records are regularly indexed agreeing to home so are quite simple to quest through. These are just some of the things that you can try.
Alternatively if I want to find my neighbors I would also try some of the population finder services that are on the net. There are sites that already have entrance to this data and are quite for searching from. You will be able to know the whole of population in a household, their ages, birthdays and even phone numbers. Lookup some of these places and you should get the facts you are finding for.
